Coronavirus update for bus transport: Following national and local guidance face coverings must be worn on all bus services, whether public, Lancashire or operated by the school. Strict seating plans will be in place for the school bus services to separate the different year groups.

There are a number of different bus services which provide access to and from Walton-le-Dale High School. These incude public services such as the 125 which runs between Chorley and Preston, via Clayton Brook. There are other services which run from Penwortham and the Losotck Hall area, and the 152 which runs between Blackburn and Preston.
Lancashire County Council also operate a number of other services to us for school children.

The wearing of seat belts is compulsory on all school buses
Buses depart at 3.10pm daily from school.
Late buses run on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays evenings at 4.20pm for students wishing to stay behind for extra-curricular activities and coursework clubs.
Students require a bus pass from the school to use our buses. Bus passes should be purchased through school as a standing order.
